Article 7 – Access to personal data and other rights

  1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning yourself through an intelligible fruition medium, even if not yet recorded.
  2. You have the right to obtain information on:
    1. of the origin of personal data.
    2. the purposes and methods of data treatment.
    3. the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
    4. the identity of the owner, manager and the appointed representative, under article 5 , paragraph 2;
    5. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representatives, managers or agents within the State.
  3. You have the right to obtain:
    1. updates , rectification or , when interested , data integration.
    2. cancellation , transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed.
    3. certification that the obligations in letters a ) and b) have been fulfilled , also in relation to their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated; unless this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of manifestly disproportionate means to the protect such right.
  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
    1. for legitimate reasons related to the processing of personal data, if pertinent to collection purposes;
    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him when used with the purpose of sending advertising materials, direct selling items or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
